Reducing your arthritis pain naturally is perfectly possible.

Start with examining your diet:

Drink plenty of water. The recommendation is at least 8 glasses of water a day – you may need to gradually work up to this level. Drink your water “neat” rather than turned into tea or coffee. If you find the taste too bland, add a slice of unwaxed lemon or lime. Green tea is also OK but don’t make it the only way that you drink water.

All the “substitution” healthy living recipes are probably getting on your nerves. This is when you use unhealthy foods to try to make healthy foods that will remain palatable. Nevertheless, you can’t make a candy bar out of healthy foods like lime extract, dates and peanuts. It will not ever happen. A candy bar will never be made of dates and limes.

However, when you come to this realization it can be very liberating. You will, in fact, start liking your food in an entirely different way. So stop trying to make foods that taste like cardboard that are supposed to be healthy and focus on making dishes you will actually like. (more…)
